1. What We Collect
We collect name, email, age (for teens), parent email, and location data during jobs for safety tracking. Payment info is handled by our payment processors — we do not store card numbers.
2. How We Use It
Data is used to verify identity, enable parent monitoring, process payments, and improve the platform. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
3. Parental Access
Parents can view their teen’s job history, location during active jobs, earnings, and account settings. Teens cannot disable this access.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access is restricted to authenticated users and role-based permissions.
5. COPPA Awareness
Teen Forge is designed for teens 14–21. For teens under 18 we require verifiable parental consent before the account becomes active, and parents control what data is shared. Teens 18–21 manage their own consent and complete ID verification.
6. Your Rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
